Note that your initiation fee is refundable should you leave the club, but only after another member joins to take your place. If no member joins within 12 months of your departure, you waive the right to receive that refund.
We are working with our insurance broker to assemble a renter’s-insurance policy so you’re covered for the deductibles and any other unrecovered costs in the event of an incident. In any event we strongly encourage such a policy for every member, and reserve the right to require it for any individual member at any time.
182S and Bonanza are billed by the electronic engine time counter in the G3X panel. Fuel is reimbursed at away fields at up to 10% above the prevailing rate at KHWY. Initiation fees are refundable if you leave the club after a minimum of six months, but only once another member is found (and approved by insurance) to take your spot. A much more detailed discussion of the fees and costs is available here.
