KFFA: First Flight Airport

KHWY-KFFA, on a direct VFR plan, is 182 miles, or around 90 minutes flying time in the Cardinal. It’s the airport attached to the Wright Brothers National Memorial, which is itself part of the National Park Service. Lots of information to be found here.

309LL has been there before, and will doubtless be back many times. It’s another marquee destination in this part of the country, and on a nice day, the scenery all the way down and back is well worth a lower cruising altitude.
